Mostly community people specifically in rural areas could not speak English but some young generation possibly could communicate with a very basic speaking. I do like the way you interact with our Khmer people especially the street vendors. So sure that there are so many interesting things your will explore during your visit in Cambodia. ❤❤❤

The tee shirts aren't second hand. They are called " seconds", which is the name in Asia for export rejects. They are new but they are usually sold locally as they didn't make the quality control for export to western countries. Therefore Florida, it was for the US market.
