My daughter just got diagnosed with Paresis of accommodation, bilateral. Is that the same as paralysis? She also has convergence excess and Deficient saccadic eye movements. Vision therapy is being suggested. I’ve heard good and bad things

Hello sir, I have a doubt regarding light near dissociation in Tonic pupil, When the fibres regnerate from ciliary ganglion, then both light reflex and near reflex should reappear, how would light near dissociation be possible in that situation? Regards.
