@@nadineglowacki825 you should say the deceased and technology had help the prosecution team by giving them a very strong case to argue with all the clips and the behaviours/reactions of the deceased. Any layman with a state of clear mind and not blind or deaf doesn’t need an expert to tell him/ her that something is very wrong with the behaviour of that law enforcer when he continued to exercise the act of forceful constraint to the deceased when his fellow colleague already told him he couldn’t find the pulse of the deceased. The clips are self-explanatory and speak very loudly of the facts.

Actually, if you watched the whole trial he didn't do a very good job at all. In fact he almost caused a mistrial. Blackwell ignored the judge's warning that he'd declare a mistrial if the prosecution tried to introduce new evidence after the state rested its case. At least Blackwell did the right thing and defied the judge's order. However the defense was able to easily rebut all of the prosecution's witnesses and even got several of them to outright contradict themselves. We're lucky that it went the way it did because Blackwell put on a terrible case. Some say he didn't have much to work with, but I think the jury said they were going to do the right thing, even if the defense proved the prosecution wrong.
@mosipd3 жыл бұрын
@MrCactus The Judge literally told Blackwell that he'd declare a mistrial if he tries to introduce new evidence after resting his case. Attempting to introduce new evidence after your side rests its case can even be grounds for disbarment if you try to do without asking the judge. Obviously Blackwell knew to ask the judge as then it would've been way more serious. However defying the judge like that will give Chauvin a good chance at a successful appeal.

How does it feel state knowing you really lost and sentence a man to prison. A shame of Minnesota. Mistrial on top of it! No Minnesota Nice. Minnesota Lynch mob!

All individuals with any anger issues should get therapy before things get out of hand. Chauvin obviously had issues. Why didn't his department fire him LONG before this happened. Why didn't his department at least get him into anger management, he was at fault but so are so many other people along the way. Jesus Christ is the only answer for Chauvins hate and the only answer for hatred is forgiveness. Prayers for the Floyd family and friends and for the Chauvin family.

You have echoed the sentiments of many people. Why the hell wasn't that officer dealt with 10 incidents , at least, ago. The man is sick.

Was the trial about what kind of father he was? That's a different conversation. Boss, we are discussing here the attorneys and chauvin. Parenting is on another forum. Stay focused.
