I've found in the past 6 months or so I haven't enjoyed Studio C's sketches nearly as much, I find there is less clever writing and more reliance on action or props, etc. I always want to comment about it, but even when I spend a couple minutes writing why I didn't enjoy it in a respectful way, I hardly get any response. (a few times I've had people agree and sometimes people go against what I said and explain why they liked it) and I feel like the only way I will ever get a response is by being negative, which is not something I ever plan on doing, because it causes anyone reading your comment to lose any respect for you (and it's rude). I wish their was a way to express why I don't like their sketches (recent ones anyway, their early videos are golden) without sounding rude but still being honest. (Sorry this doesn't really directly pertain to your original comment but it seemed to relate enough)

I used to be an accountant at a tax firm and our parties were very similar to this (minus the fight club, of course). We would all sit in a large circle around a table of food and try to pretend we weren't all socially awkward with nothing in common outside of the office. It was even more awkward when the spouses were invited. I remember one of my coworkers' husband trying to talk to my husband. "Do y'all have kids? No. Do you hunt? No. Ever been out of the country? No. Okay..." awkward pause before wandering off. LOL
