Thank you so much, you are an exceptional Teacher. With your help im trying to become an articulate and accurate English speaker. Basically, i dont have a sedentary lifestyle but sometimes i do sit a lot. I can be sitting thé whole day without moving in the worst case scenario. I usually try to offset these days with walking to the school and back, i hope it helps. I with i walked and exercised more often. Its couldnt be more truthful that moving is life. But many people think its not so important and nothing could be further from the truth, Its initial. Try to wiggle around, exercise and so on, and you will see you life will become better 😌❤️
