My friends dad was only kind when he was drunk. So backwards. I’m a bubbly drunk. My bestie is a dumb drunk. But I know plenty of people are HORRIBLE while drunk. Most scare me. But some, I prefer to be drunk than sober. It’s a weird world. I hope this grandpa gets custody of his granddaughter. No one should ever be falsely accused, that’s why I never went to the police when I was molested because I thought they wouldn’t believe me because I could easily crush him cuz I weighed so much more than him (at the time, now I weigh so much far less). I was terrified. He used the same tactics he always used when he wanted me to do something I don’t want to do. And trust me when I say this, idk anyone that wouldn’t get scared of that. So many panic attacks and he didn’t care. Once I told him he’s making me worse and he said “I know” and laughed. I wasn’t allowed to leave. He kept breaking into my house daily. Then he went to jail for raping two minors and I was set free, but never got my own justice (I was also a minor, but those kids were much smaller than me which is why I didn’t ever think they’d believe me) I am now anorexic. I’ve been through too much abuse and he’s not the only one, the worst was my mother. This all lead to horrible memory loss, short term and long term. I have to sign up for disability because my trauma ruined my brain soooo much that I also get seizures and can’t find a job because they’re too frequent. I’m trying to fix it, I’m sick of people blaming me cuz “well you just gotta do it yourself” Ive been in therapy for 11 years, I’m trying so hard. It’s NOT my fault and I’m finally coming to terms with that. Now I shut everyone out cuz I’m sick of hearing it.

You do realise that the tests are only 83-90% accurate right which is well documented. That's why they aren't admissible in court. To play devil's advocate, my father made himself out to be this great father, a great hero, to the point that my memories warped around it due to how much abuse I was dealing with through my childhood. Then he gave up on me, then he got angry at me, then he became disappointed in me, then he started controlling me, then he started beating me, until he finally dropped me off on my mom's doorstep since he didn't seem me worth the effort anymore. He told me 6 months ago (I turned 20 two days ago) that he didn't care if I hurt myself or killed myself (which is an ongoing risk due to my mental health,) that he had a clear conscience, because he knew it was me being spiteful and broken, not him being wrong. If he wants to be involved in my children's lives, when I have them, no matter how nice he is to them compared to me, he needs to get on his knees and repent. Not to God, I don't believe in that shit, but to me, and to my sister, and everyone whose lives he's ruined. At that point I *might* consider it. And his last name definitely stops with me. Either I marry into another name, or I just change it, regardless of all the paperwork hell required for it.

My heart breaks for Alvin and his granddaughter. For her to grow up in that environment, with parents like that is a tragedy within itself. But now this, you have to be one sick and twisted individual to do something like this. It makes you just as much of a monster as anyone who commits such a heinous crime as this. As devastating as it was to hear Alvin say he couldn’t trust his granddaughter anymore, I understand to an extent. I would love for their relationship to continue, but he’s right… how can he trust her? Yes she’s Just an innocent child, but how does he know they won’t or haven’t already turned her against him. If they’re (Sasha) capable of something like this, there’s no telling what else they’re telling her.. let alone about him, but in general. To be a grown ass adult and not only use/coach your child, but to be jealous of then and a relationship they have with another loved one, all because you didn’t.. Being accused of molestation is not the easiest thing to get over but what makes it worse to get over is when people don't let it go now if he's around people that don't believe he's capable of doing that and try to help him move on from being accused of it then he has more of a chance to walk away from it and move on with his life but it also depends on if he's not been touched himself now if he's been molested as a child and is accused it's harder but I don't know exact case with the grandpa but I do understand certain situations of it but it's never easy dealing with being accused of foul things and men are having that issue way too much these days

Unfortunately, just in that short time, the damage was done; he couldn't cuddle his Daughter or Niece without people being present...he was petrified of repercussions. I hope your Daughter gets the help she clearly needs but I find it so hard to comprehend how someone can do this to their own flesh and blood. Yeah, its horrible. And it's also awful for that child, my daughter had a step mom like this and her dad went along with it, accused his own mother of that! It was proven twice to be false allegations and then finally her dad and step mom were charged with injury to a child and providing false information to police. And the injury to a child is from the mental and emotional abuse (most coming from being convinced she was more then likely a sexual abuse survivor) that turned into depression and anxiety and then manifested itself physically in self harm. My daughter will probably be in therapy forever over all of it but I have full custody of her now.

Man my question is how could she do this to her own father ? Did she do it out of revenge because he’s made some mistakes while she was growing up ? That’s what I don’t understand . So the way he was talking about this whole situation I wasn’t getting any vibes that he molested his grandchild at all . although in my mind I was assuming the husband was molesting their child instead to say the least . I was starting to feel his pain especially after the results read that he didn’t molest his grandchild and the fact that his daughter coached her child . I don’t get why she would do this to her own father like that . Sure there were a few grandparents who came on the show to clear their names about molest station of their grandchildren and some have failed to do so . But at least this grandfather was able to clear his name . Even I wouldn’t do that to my father if I ever have children . I wouldn’t blame him for not wanting to see his granddaughter for a bit because why trust them after this ? The mother should be ashamed of herself . False accusations and lying to the police about child molestation, child abuse, rape, etc. should be a felony and punishable by the same sentence the accused faces.
