I liked Axl in AC/DC. He was very respectful of the orginal version and did a straightforward cover and didn't put any Axl-ism's in it. He has a register live, that Brian Johnson struggles with live. And it gave new life to Angus. Look at Angus go!!!

I remember hearing an interview back in the 80's Axl was asked is there any band he'd like to sing with and he said ACDC there was a bootleg tape back in the late 80's called Guns n Rose's Good they had a cover version of A whole lot of Rosie on it... you could buy these tapes on the street from a guy who was selling heavy metal badges and other stuff. The kept the tapes in a holdall lol
