In case many missed it. There are quite the MANY artists lipsyncing to their own set lists LIVE in front of their fans. I mean come on we are talking about artists/bands who literally are in their 60's if not their 70's. You expect every artist to sound as ripe as they were in their 30's/40's let alone their 20's.

I probably get a comment a day from someone who thinks that I fake videos etc. It’s hardly any compared to two years ago when I started putting up evidence of the fake vocals etc but it still happens. A lot of current scabKISS fans are mouthbreathers. Just gotta have fun with them, you can’t fix stupid.

Kiss using the tapes is pathetic but the way Ace is singing and playing these days, maybe tapes might not be that bad. It's sad to see them all just fading away. Going out "on top" would have been a much better idea for all of them.

I almost feel sorry for Ace but then again hard to feel sorry for someone who runs his mouth about a topic that is tired. Let's see how Coogan sings when he's 70 plus years old because as of that concert he's nowhere near that age. Ace is a club act and sometimes can headline a small theatre. You better believe if Ace was popular enough to book solo shows in 15,000 seat arenas or 60,000 seat stadiums, he would be using backing tapes and hire a 3rd guitar player to cover for his mistakes. Ace, we all know you are angry that Kiss won't meet your silly quote anymore but where is your dignity?

Hey Fonz, another report from the front. I found another reaaaally weird video of fans being treated like garbage backstage … Type "Backstage with Kiss in Lucca" and you will find a video filled with tension and bad energy. So basically it’s a video from Italian fans who paid something like 6,500 euros for a Gene bass meet and greet and they are first GREETED by Eric backstage with a "what are they doing here ?!". Then they’re parked in a place of the venue with a security guy blocking them from approaching Paul and Tommy and they have to shout to get their attention. And the grand finale, Gene arguing with the guy managing his meetups because He let the fans enjoy the encores, therefore Gene had to wait backstage for 3 secondes and He is PISSED. Then crew people shout at the fans cause they brought an extra tshirt… Really weird video full of bad energy and tension. Check it out fast before they remove it!

@@pacoloco4030 "Not be perfect?!" Don't make me laugh any less! His performance has been terrible for years; he can't even properly play his simplest licks. Not to mention his vocals, which are off-key practically all the time. If I were to go to an Ace concert, someone would probably have to pay me. On the other hand, KISS is 100% live instrumentally, played brilliantly. And if someone doesn't like that Paul's vocals are mainly pre-recorded, they shouldn't waste their life and listen to other bands. Most people don't even hear the difference anyway.

Having listened to Frehley live, (playing songs written by Stanley & Simmons, ) I kinda wish he DID use recordings. KISS plays Sold out Stadiums, for $2 million a night, Frehley plays bowling alleys for lunch money. He's nothing without KISS, & without ever being in KISS, he'd never have ever been anything.

Agree 110%. If there was ever a case for using backing tracks, this would be it. Love Ace but his performances over the past couple of months are a complete train wreck. Out of tune, a step behind in his timing, and bum notes everywhere. Such a shame to be ruining his own legacy.

I'll take a 100% live band in a bowling alley in front of 20 people than Hymie & Stanley's clown show (or any other band that uses backing tracks) ANY fucking day of the week. BTW if it weren't for The New York Dolls not only would Kiss have ever been anything, they wouldn't have ever existed. The only reason why Kiss is making any money now is because balding 50+ year old dorks (who are the equivalent of comic book nerds) won't let go of their costumed superheros. In the late 80's/early 90's Kiss couldn't draw flies, and the only crowds they were drawing were there to see the opening bands.
