Well it's better on Playstation 5 than Steam. More optimized than PC where you can't even update your drivers without your PC shutting down. We need to normalize shaming PC players more for supporting that nonsense.

There's been a few Ace Combat spinoff games on the Game Boy Advance but we never actually got a main game. I mean, they were Sony exclusives until AC6. Heatseeker on the Wii was my most favorite jet fighter game and I've played it for years. (Still play it to this day.) Ace Combat 7 Skies Unknown brought me back from the dead of jet fighter games. I bought this on PS4 when it was on sale last month. Both games are hype. (The anime emblems in this game is like a cherry on top for me.)

Played the first few missions and online its a locked 30FPS im pretty shocked tbh image quality is pretty good as well and with a game like this the blurry ground textures and pop in dont stand out much and again surprisingly the plane models look good and at gameplay distance the textures hold up just dont zoom in on the model viewer 😅

Impressive that it runs on the Switch, albeit at a locked 30 FPS. Not saying it's a bad thing, just knowing the necessary tradeoffs in order to get it running on the Switch. At least it runs a bit better than the port of the "Arkham" games, especially the port of "Arkham Knight".

It's more of a medieval fantasy but with fighter jets instead of dragons, with some cast members from Fire Emblem, 3 Houses to be more specific. Have fun losing Claude to Ike for accessing top-secret intel
