How important is this book"ACE Applied Exercise Science Workbook" I am ordering $299 basic package of ACE personal trainer certification, which does not include this book. So, is it very important or can I go ahead without it?

Go ahead without it. 90-95% questions are coming from PT Manual. And remaining from Essentials of Exercise Science book (especially nutrition chapter).

Earlier it was available on amazon. You have to maybe talk to some offline coaching providers for ACE and see if you can work something out.

interesting, in my book chapter 5 is about preparticipation screening. ( 6th edition )

In your book this is covered in Chapter 2. Also, the IFT model is slightly different in the 6th edition. All my videos were made using the 5th edition book.

@@rebelwithadream3303 oh, have you done a video on preparticipation? did you memorize those numbers, medicine and diseases? if yes, and you don't have a background in medicine, I ( and maybe some other people) would really appreciate how you did it.

@@小笼包-m3o I hear you. It's covered in ch 6 of my video series. Me personally I love reading about medications and diseases (wanted to become a Doctor growing up 😛), but I understand that it's tough to memorize those stuff. So what helped me was repetition. On my first read I just gave importance to "Beta Blockers" and Diuretics. Later I realised that they all were kind of common. Most of them were taken to reduce BP and it's only Beta Blockers that reduced everything - RHR, EHR and MHR. After a couple of reads I was able to memorize the names.

Centre mein ja kar. Surveillance cameras bhi hote hain so that people don't cheat. Since it's an American Certification, it's very strict and that's also why the Certification has so much credibility. Candidates will have to actually study well and clear the exam. 🙂

Aap shayad sixth edition kitaab follow kr rahe ho. Mera videos fifth edition kitaab se hai. So the sequence and order will be different

Chapter 5 is participation health screenings, in addition Chapter 4 was actually ch. 3. Do I have a different edition of this book?

@@rachelrobin9835 yes it's actually the latest edition which is the 6th edition and the one he is teaching us is from the 5th edition..even I have the 6th edition and the chapter participation health screenings seem very confusing to me.
