They come loaded with malware on it so be careful purchasing anything on their your credit card information will get stolen it happened to me

I bought one and it died within 6 months it just wont turn on when i olug in the power supply the light shuts off

@@samjpullen I tryed contact customer service and they wouldn't call me back then finally got a customer service guy to call me back and went threw months of back and forth asking for a RMA and after months of emails and sending them my purchase receipt they told me since I bought it on eBay they won't honor the factory warranty of 36 months even know it was brand new in box when purchased they told me I have to contact the seller to get it replaced Ace themselves have a eBay store front Wich makes no sense it's called a factory warranty....not a seller warranty eBay only gives you 30 days for return I had it only 6 months
