Ewan Mcgregor is one of my favorite actors, i discovered him watching Trainspotting and LOVED his performance, then i watched Shallow Grave, Moulin Rouge and i found out he was in the third season of Fargo, which is a series i was watching and he was absolutely brilliant, he deserved his Golden Globe. I think he’s one of the most versatile actors of the last years and one of the most talented ones and he is what drove me to the Star Wars universe and i honestly don’t think he understands how much people like his portrayal of Obi Wan, i have never met one single person who didn’t like his performance in the prequels.

I’m sooo excited for the new Kenobi series! I’m a huge Obi-Wan fan, and think he was played beautifully in the Prequels (especially to match Alec Guiness’s version). I really think that this show will tie the nostalgia for the Originals and Prequels together. He has acknowledged the “Hello There!” Oh what I would give to see Ewan review his own Obi-Wan memes 😂 As a 14 year old, I think that would be hilarious!! another name for the show could be The High Ground: A Star Wars Story

It's awesome to see McGregor continuing to get great material. With last year's 'Doctor Sleep' (underrated), 'Bird's of Prey' and the new Ryan Murphy series that will be coming up. And of course, the Kenobi series, which I'm so pumped up for, but a bit bummed out that they still haven't started filming. And we probably won't be seeing it for the next year in a half, or even two years. Guess I have to say one of Obi-Wan's famous quotes........."Patience."
