What he says, that adults that grew up with the first films weren't happy with the prequels because it didn't feel the same, I think that's why the prequels have more impact in younger viewers, because that fantastic feeling can only be experienced when you are a child.

I completely agree. It’s true that the writing of the prequels is not that great, but they’re still fantastic movies. And they are very important.

Us millinneals trashed the prequels too tho. I was 6 when phantom menace came out. My family went to see it in theaters on opening night PLUS three more times after. As for attack of the clones and revenge of the sith, we all agreed they were awful. Its the next generation who are obsessed with the prequels lmao
