You think that nowadays it's not "ok" to enjoy life and be happy? You only have one life, live it. Live the way you want to regardless of your age. People's problem is thinking that "growing up" means you have to have no fun, never cut loose, and be boring...

@@PISStopherNolanToo much influence and bullying...it's only made more so now cause of the internet, cell phones, and technology...back then you didn't have it and people actually talked and went out and enjoyed life...yes, it was a better time whether you want to believe it or not...

For Talk Dirty at least. Drums are live. The tune of the snare drum is very different from the one on the record, the sound isn't that great, so I might be wrong on that, but the drum fills are a bit different from the record. The guitar is a backing track, CC never plays live like in the records, in fact, he plays whatever he deems right on stage. It has a certain flavor of the record, to me at least it's quite disappointing and how doped he is determines how "away" from the original song he plays. To be fair he does quite a good job at maintaining the tempo with the rest of the band. Backing vocals are recorded as well, you can ear it at 3:39 there's a synchro fail. The rest of the band has open mics though. Bret is singing live (back then when he could do it well), the phrasing is slightly different from the record and you can clearly note there's no other voice on the back. At 01:15 he even changes the lyric. As for the bass, can't tell, but one can guess that with recorder guitar, there's no point at having a live bass. Rock and roll al nite is all recorded but the voices. The snare drum sounds just like the record (which is different from talk dirty sound) and sound different than the sound it had on the previous song (seen guitarist changing guitars millions of times, never seen a drummer changing his snare or it's tuning).

Ya, vocals live, music isn't. To perfectly on with the album version. Not sure about drums but I know the guitar licks by heart and no way he nails every one of them perfectly. Seen them in concert a couple times and they aren't that spot on with guitar. But then, the energy level is even higher.

I'm a KISS fan so hearing an artist doing one of their songs is odd. They did okay, but I like Stanley's voice in his prime over Michaels. That's just me.

Singing their own song to a track. Bret is singing live for most of it but using his track voice for backing vocals. That or it’s great backing from Rikki and Bobby. CC is also not fully playing live on that’s song. Shame because he’s a fantastic guitarist.

Sadly the only thing live in that whole performance was Brett's mic.
