"array pencil pa's" are shit, they dont have enough power and speakers to move the air. its just loud music with little to no sub banks, and when the band plays, you can almost talk over the music. sad. we have to pay hundreds of dollars for cheap simple stages, crappy pa, and in places in the arena the music is not as loud as in others. now its all about money and fuck the fans. back in 1990 when I saw kiss slaughter and fasterpussycat, the pa was huge. and for a couple of days after, you could still hear "white noise", and you are run down, but it was worth the $22.50.....gen. admission.

Rudy Sarzo was my hero in the 80’s. Couldn’t get enough. When he went to Whitesnake, I switched to drums.

Those days were just so much adventure. My brother was 17 and i was 14 in 83. My brother had a 70's GMC 4x4 and we had a bed camper. It was awesome hanging with my older brother and going to shows back then. We would load up the truck and travel to wherever to see the bands...good times....Unfortunately this concert was across the country for us...Road Trip we yelled!!! hahaha! Folks said,,Not this time! Dammit!

@@mikezisk5009This festival was 1983. Randy died in 1982, and had left Quiet Riot in 1979 to play for Ozzy. That guitarist is Carlos Cavazo.
