Acer Iconia B1 Hard Reset/Remove Password

I really want to say thank you for making this video on how to hard reset. I made a mistake and my tablet ended up...well I don't know how to find a better word to describe it, let us just leave it but say it went 'crazy'. It kept on interchanging from wall paper with the shortcut for certain apps then it once again turn back to the black background with the word Iconia then once again back to the wallpaper and then back to Iconia and so on and so forth So I ended up pushing the reset button and then I followed your instructions in this video. I million thanks...I really want to cry when my tablet, which was a gift my mother bought for my birthday, started the interchanging . It was the very first gadget she ever bought me, since my father is often the one who buys it. And my mother is not too fond of buying gadgets...well except for cellphones, since she runs a business and she needs better cellphone to communicate with her customers and employees.

This is so helpful, however, the little robot will come up with a red exclamation mark above its opened stomach lol. Then is goes no further and after a bit it opens to the main screen. Any thoughts?

I tried doing this and it gets stuck in the robot, showing "formatting /data". I then tried turning it off, then it keeps doing the same, it just doesn´t work, now it´s just a piece of plastic.
