no hard resets and factory resets are different, hard reset only reboots while factory resets deletes everything

LISTEN(READ) AND LEARN - Hold Volume up or down while powering on the phone. Phones have different combinations. You should have a different menu.. Hope this helps with factory reset. ;-)

I tried this but instead of the menu at 1:25 I got a little dead android guy with a ⚠️ over his stomach and the text “no command” 🙁 then the phone turned itself back on.

no it wont delete your mail accounts, it just deletes the data stored on the phone locally. Your google account is stored on the internet.

READ IN FULL!! First things first - I am NOT your brother!!! Plug charge cable into fone and laptop/pc.. wait for a connection.. transfer files over. Other option is get a small Micro SD card (32gb) and transfer files that way - many come with SD card adapters and are really cheap at the moment.(512GB cost me £32).. Bluetooth is another option but slow. If Android phone - refer to my instructions for factory reset above... Pop to Google Chrome and look for this setting - chrome://password-manager/settings You can export passwords and bookmarks along with other stuff. Same page allows importing. OK Bro.. lol If you want any help/advice in the future from me - Drop the Brother. I WILL help/advise if I can. I don't like being called Sir in shops. It pisses me off!!! I'm a Mr and nothing more.. Keep it that way.. OK?
