Ich habe den X193HQ. Der Trick ist wirklich ganz am Anfang. Im Service-Manual steht nämlich nichts darüber, wie man diese beiden Abdeckungen entfernt. Nicht ganz einfach sind auch die beiden Stecker zu entfernen. Einer war ziemlich hartnäckig. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man gezeigt hätte, wie man die Alufolie entfernt, ohne sie zu zerstören. Dennoch insgesamt das beste Video, was ich zu diesem Monitor bisher gefunden habe. Jetzt funktioniert er wieder!!!😀 Ein Elektrolytkondensator war leicht gewölbt. Aber auch beim Zusammenbau sind einige Hürden zu überwinden. I have the X193HQ. The trick is really at the very beginning. There is nothing in the service manual about how to remove these two covers. The two plugs are also not easy to remove. One was quite stubborn. It would have been nice if they had shown how to remove the aluminum foil without destroying it. Nevertheless, this is the best video I have found on this monitor so far. Now it works again!!! 😀An electrolytic capacitor was slightly bent. But there are also a few obstacles to overcome during assembly.

thanks for the vid! this is the second (successfully) I have repaired my monitor. i changed one kondensator like 10 years ago, and now 2 more had swollen. changed it and voila! 😁

I am Japanese. Thank you very much for your help. I will type in my native language. 機種はX193HQ 分解の仕方がとても参考になりました。画面のちらつきがひどくて基盤をチェックしましたが、電解コンデンサの膨張はみられませんでした。コンデンサの静電容量を測るテスターがなかったため、怪しいコンデンサを5個注文し交換。(25V470μF2個 16V470μF2個 25V220μF1個) 楽天で1個55～88円、送料込みで約1000円。うまく映りました。

Thanks for doing this, very clear. I tore my X203H down and found that one of the little blue ceramic capacitors is fried. For the life of me, I can't find a value for a replacement as they don't have any markings. It's listed on the board as capacitor C523. I may just throw a random one in and see what happens. The big capacitors don't look swollen at all.

this is a great monitor that i still use alongside my dell 27 curved gaming monitor. I use the acer vertically when I write reports etc. connected with a dvi cable it is actually a surprisingly stunning monitor for its time. im not sure how much longer she will last ..... fingers crossed

para los que no sepan ingles esto es lo que dice que debemos arreglar (sacado de la traduccion del ingles de youtube): tenemos dos condensadores hinchados, así que seguiremos adelante y reemplazaremos los que ahora están relacionados con esta placa, es posible que no tenga exactamente la misma placa en su monitor, es posible que tenga una placa similar pero con los componentes dispuestos de manera diferente, por lo que tenemos c8 20, que es malo y eso es un 22o micro faradio de 25 voltios y tenemos c 8 18 que está hinchado y es un 470 micro faradio de 16 voltios y obtuve reemplazos para esos e íbamos a seguir adelante y soldar esos elementos, bien, seguimos adelante y pusimos esos nuevos condensadores y he probado otros en la placa como estos de aquí no he encontrado ningún otro malo, así que vamos a seguir adelante y ponerlo de nuevo en el monitor y ver cómo lo hemos reparado

To remove the plastic squares at 1:50 just slide them towards the center. They can be lift off now easily.
