Great video but beware my buddy installed these exact guards on his crf300 and the black bands dry rotted within a year.The bike never even got wet.It’s no big deal of course but he ended up using zip ties anyway.Keep up with the videos I appreciated all the klx300 vids as I have one also.

Pegs are DRC wide pegs $55 at rockymountainatvmc.com decal I had made at local sign shop.

Thanks for the videos on the 300l. I am curious on your use for all of your bikes, I see you have the KLX and also the KTM. Do they serve different purposes and do you have a favorite? Thanks!

The Ktm is my favorite pure off road bike. The klx & CRF are basically for comparison videos. Of the 300’s, the CRF is my favorite. If I was going to stick with only 1 bike, it would be the KTM . My current KTM is basically my off road bike for hard core riding.

Thanks the the reply, I can only have 1 and am torn between the 300l or a KTM 500 EXCF. The 500 excites me more but I sometimes need to do 50-100 miles on backroads and am worried it will be too uncomfortable for those scenarios.

With wheels properly balanced & a seat concepts seat, the 500 will be excellent for that! My 350 is as smooth & comfortable on road as both of the 300’s. Good luck on your purchase! Enjoy the ride!

@@AndrewJamesL4I have had both the KTM is a razor blade the Honda is a butter knife. I have only had the Honda for 4 months and am already tired of it.
