Jeera + saunf+ kalonji+ sarson + methi = Paanch phoron, the famous Bengali whole spice mix. 😊 Some use Ajmod instead of Jeera in Paanch phoron. It gives even more awesome scent and flavour to the recipes. 🙂

Hi Ranveer. Mai aapke saare videos dekhta hun. Bas ek request hai aapse. Jab bhi aap dish banaate hai aur usme koi powedered masala daalte hai for example dhaniya powder, to please uska cooking time bhi bata diya kariye. Waise aap bolte hai ki jab dhaniya poweder k pakne ki smell aaye to tomato grevy daalo, lekin ab jaise mujhe zaada experience nahi hai to mai samajh nahi paata ki dhaniya powder ki pakne ki smell kaisi hoti hai. Agar aap dhaniya powder ya fir haldi powder k pakne ka approximate time bhi bata denge to mujhe bahot help milegi. Thank you sir and please reply.
