I must commend you on being very good at teaching. Within moments I knew that you know your work (I too cook professionally and subscribed straight away. I’ve watched mostly all your recipes and recreated them, they’ve been a huge help to an student that’s been abroad for some years now. This video stood out as the style of narration was really good.
