1.evening me exercise krna 2.gungene pani se nahana 3.sone se phle 1 balti thande pani me apne pair ko rakhna 4.bed pr book 📚 reading krna....lete lete 5.left side hokr sona 6.anlom vilom jrna sone phle 😮 कोई भी एक उपाय काफी है लेकिन अगर तुम 6 के 6 उपाय करोगे तो, नींद खतरनाक आयेगा 🎉 ऐसी नींद जो कभी आयी नहीं होगी वैसी😮

@@lakshmanthakur295 1.evening में exercise करना जैसे frog jump 21 बार , squad 21-21 बार के 3 सेट, rope jump min 300 times, 2.शाम को गुनगुने पानी से नहाना 3.सोने से 30 मिनट पहले एक बाल्टी ठंडा पानी में 10 मिनट पैर रखना 4.bed पर book 📚 reading krna....लेटे लेटे 5.रात का खाना सोने से 2 घंटे पहले तक खा लेना जो की पचने लायक खाना होना चाहिए 6.कोई भी electronic device का use सोने के 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर देना 7.सोने से 10 मिनट पहले रुम की लाईट बंद कर,अनलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करे उसके बाद dark room में ही 2 बूंद तिल या सरसों के तेल से पैर के तलवों को मालिश करें 😮 और शरीर को बाएं करवट के साथ सोवे और तकिया का इस्तेमाल कम से कम करें 😮 कोई भी एक उपाय काफी है लेकिन अगर तुम 7 के 7 उपाय करोगे तो, नींद खतरनाक आयेगा 🎉 ऐसी नींद जो कभी आयी नहीं होगी वैसी😮 नींद ऐसी आयेगी की पूछों मत सिर्फ feel करों और विचार का आना बंद हो जायेगा 😮

Very good video , Dr Sahiban , about sleeping u described and excellent tips gave , but one thing was missing , Physically tiredness, if u do hard work and work in gym , u will sleep very well , second point from ur old video , Acceptence , in sleeping time if u says , God never do wrong , whatever he does I will accept it , very helpful for deep sleep ! I have these type of issues. I have severe neck pain that pain now moved to elbows. This pain never released by any medicine. Doctors said some time those patients that have such type of problems. @@DrKashikaJainPsychologist मैम क्या बड़ी उम्र के बुजुर्गो मे अगर कोई न्यूरोलोजिकल प्रॉब्लम हो । जिसके कारण उनको भूलने की और नींद न आने की समस्या हो तो क्या ऐसी समस्या को भी बिना दवा के ठीक किया जा सकता है? मेरे दादा जी को ये समस्या आ गई है । पहले वो बहुत शांत रहते थे पर कुछ दिन पहले किसी डॉक्टर से नींद की दवाई देने के बाद वह बहुत violent और अशांत हो गए है ।क्या उनके लिए आपके पास कोई इलाज है?

Mam meri tablet clonazepam abhi withdrawl hui hai aur mein so ni pa raha hu overthinking negative thoughts raat hote hi bed par jaao to chalu ho jate hai aur nind ni aati hai bhot problem ho rahi hai. Aur agar nind aa bhi gai to half hour me aankh khul jaati h fir nind ni aati h.

Mam please help me. M 24 ghante me raat ko 4 ghante Or dein me 2 ghante sota hu par mujhe nind nahi aati Or ager aa bhi jaye to kisi karan aankh khul jati hai. Koi aawaj kare yaa aaye tab bhi aankh khul jati hai 😢😢😢😢 Please help me

1.evening में exercise करना जैसे frog jump 21 बार , squad 21-21 बार के 3 सेट, rope jump min 300 times, 2.शाम को गुनगुने पानी से नहाना 3.सोने से 30 मिनट पहले एक बाल्टी ठंडा पानी में 10 मिनट पैर रखना 4.bed पर book 📚 reading krna....लेटे लेटे 5.रात का खाना सोने से 2 घंटे पहले तक खा लेना जो की पचने लायक खाना होना चाहिए 6.कोई भी electronic device का use सोने के 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर देना 7.सोने से 10 मिनट पहले रुम की लाईट बंद कर,अनलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करे उसके बाद dark room में ही 2 बूंद तिल या सरसों के तेल से पैर के तलवों को मालिश करें 😮 और शरीर को बाएं करवट के साथ सोवे और तकिया का इस्तेमाल कम से कम करें 😮 कोई भी एक उपाय काफी है लेकिन अगर तुम 7 के 7 उपाय करोगे तो, नींद खतरनाक आयेगा 🎉 ऐसी नींद जो कभी आयी नहीं होगी वैसी😮 नींद ऐसी आयेगी की पूछों मत सिर्फ feel करों और विचार का आना बंद हो जायेगा 😮
