Dear Ma'am, I regularly follow your videos. Thank you for Sharing Such in-depth information regarding Mental Health. I have been raised by Narcissist Person. And been with that Person for 37 years of My life. I have Finally Moved on from the last 3 years from that Person. It has taken a lot to heal myself and I am still in the healing process. I am married and have a Child of 12 years. Luckily I have a loving and Caring husband. I want to Understand how to achieve my Career Goal because I am confused I got my dream Job but it lasted only for 5 Years. I am also struggling with guilt as I have taken some decisions regarding my child education which didn't turned out as I thought. Right Now I am just trying to accept the Situation and trying to Manifest my Dream life but it's Hard as I am not getting any good Vision as if I have no Goal or Purpose in life. Please help. I also want to tell Ma'am that kindly Suggest me things which I can do by my own as it will be hard for me to take professional help due to financial reason. Hoping for your favourable reply. I often get frequent thoughts in high speed of saying things as if I would be wanting or wishing something bad to happen to my loved ones, which in reality I don't even want those things to happen in dreams. I also think that these might also pop up frequently due to the fact that I often feel a lot of intense emotions, or get easily triggered or hurt by people, and at the same time I feel helpless to feel those emotions and couldn't find a healthy outlet to it

पं. रविशंकर शुक्ल विश्वविद्यालय रायपुर (छत्तीसगढ़) के Professors बहुत घटिया है़ं। बहुत राजनीति चलता है पं. रविशंकर शुक्ल विश्वविद्यालय में। मैं वहां से PhD कर रहा था, मैं NET JRF Physics qualified हूँ। मुझे वहाँ के Professors ने JRF Fellowship मुझे claim करने ही नहीं दिया और मुझे बहुत मानसिक रूप से इतना प्रताड़ित किया, जिससे मैं आत्महत्या करने को मजबूर हो गया था। क्या बताऊं Madam, आज भी संघर्ष कर रहा हूँ, राजनांदगांव (छत्तीसगढ़) से हूँ।
