I can't say that I was always a fan of his humor and schtick specifically, but Michael always struck me as the most consistently professional of all of them. He gives across the impression that somewhere deep down at all times he's keeping track of everything an entertainer needs to, and he's always conscious of how all his colleagues are doing, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and how he can steer things in the right direction. It's especially obvious in the last year or half-year or so. I respect the absolute hell out of him.

Geoff got promoted over a year ago which meant that he could not be in as many videos (about 1 a week) but when the pandemic started Geoff stopped appearing in let's plays (he still does the occasional Off Topic and has his own podcast with Gavin and Andrew Panton called F**kFace)
