Hi Jordan thanks for sharing. Do you believe the scar massages really help break up the scar tissue around the tendon to help with the mobility? Your flexibility looks really good in this video.

I think it helped me for sure. My flexibility was always very good but that comes with lots of repetition and patience.

@@jasmineegardner3499Not over stretching it but holding it in a good stretch for short periods of time throughout the days

How are you already hopping? So this is just a tear and not a surgical reattachment?

No I had a full rupture and had it surgically repaired. It requires patience and work.

Depends where you are at in your rehab. It’s definitely possible but have to be really cautious.

I'd be weak if he tore it again landing flat footed... flat fleet is what causes it to begin with!
