hi im in month 4 and 15 days-- i still cannot jog and its always stiff after calf raises training etc.. when i sit still it gets stiff.. i cant still do calf raises

Was your achilles disconnected after you took your boot off or did it attach itself?

I found mine re attached by around the 3rd week. It took a while before i got a Thompson test to work though.

Hi, I ruptured my achilles playing football 4 months ago , non surgical treatment due to covid-19 never went hospital. Brought a boot and seems to be healing ok. My achilles is still large and the bottom of my heel feels numb to the touch....is this something you experienced??

@@shajay4221 my heal still feel abit numb...I can walk ok but still can't tip toe...can in a swimming pool or if I'm using left foot but not on its own.
