Update on the recovery of an Achilles Tendon Rupture at week 6 post-injury. Great news is that it is healing and does NOT need surgery. All the details in the video. Massage and light exerciss at week 6, then in the boot for 3 more weeks and resisted work at week 9, followed by strengthening at week 10 onwards.
