This is my favorite upper body workout (I love clean pulls and power push ups). Have you thought about vacuum exercises? Or more intense butt workout? I'd love to see them 🤗

Awesome workout man! Had shoulder surgery ~20 months ago and been in the gym for the last 7-8 but felt I needed something different so I’ve now begun resistance bands. I think this will help get over the hump by hitting all the smaller muscle groups. Thanks again!

The shoulders hurt way more than anything else. My shoulders were feeling it after the warm up
