First let me say, that I appreciate all the videos you put out. I prefer the older ones like this compared to the up to date ones you folks do now. I like and miss the way you use to explain how to work with bands. Thank you again.

One of the best for me from you! There's always a new one, no matter how old that pops up in my feed to try. The upper body resistant bands are best for me, love them! I'll be increasing my bands soon, thanks to you.

I really liked the workout and the instructions. The demonstrations and instructions made it easy to follow along and perform the movements correctly. I only wish that the video also included warm up and cool down.

These videos are really good for me personally...I'm a month into healthy eating and a little daily exercises ...I have pins in my leg and have let that make me lazy and used as an excuse to not exercise but after tipping the scales at 26 stone I had to do something and these videos really help me as I can work on my upper body in small steps so thankyou for making these great videos 👍

EXCELLENT workout here! Didn't expect to break a sweat and felt all kinds of activity in my chest, arms and back (using a single 60lb resistance tube) but it felt damn good and I'm absolutely adding this to my regimen!

your workout make a huge difference to me and many other. going to the gym having mask on the face is like a punishment, after months of frustration going to the gym and heading within 20 min. i looked at one of your videos and felling great. thanks

One of my favorite workouts. Their videos are fantastic. Get a good workout with it being to long or short. Hope they put out more as I really enjoy their videos.

Love this. Great since I have limited space as I'm living in an apt. Which makes it hard to jump around 😆. Would love to see a video with other exercises that you can do in a smaller spaces like this. Thank you for making all these for free to us, I'm sure you've seen an increase in views out here in this pandemic. Thanks again man

You have the best band workouts! Love the countdown clock, and seeing both of you. I have some injuries, so would love to see alternate options. I can't do push ups, but I can do chest fly when laying down with the band. It would be great to see a full body for women too. Only because some of the upper body exercises seem more for men to build their chests/backs, etc. For example; I don't want my traps built up. But your workouts are my favorite. Hope you keep producing them and bringing us along.

Good evening sir..!have been doing Ur resistance band workout.. They are innovative n effective esp when one can't go gym.. Due to lock down! One query though.. The clean pulls is actually for rear delts here? We r just adding a compoumd movement for added benefits of fat loss.. Right sir?

I am a 66 yr old female and I am just realising that I am not as flexible as I was a couple of years ago. Have you got any seated exercises especially targeting the legs and hips?

I know of some but we dont have a workout with them specifically. You can also sit in a chair and put the band around your foot then press out with your foot.

Yes, wrap the band around your back and under your arms through your armpit.
