With so much information and videos available online fitness gets a lot confusing. I've been trying to hold on to one single fitness trainer but have constantly failed. But your workouts and both of yall personalities just help so much with the whole process. You guys are just so easy to connect through the screen. Thank you ❤️

I’ve Incorporated your workouts into my triathlon routine and what a difference it’s making in such a short amount of time thank you guys for the precise and not too long workouts lol

This is the perfect little warmup and if I still have energy after the workout the flexibility is even better. I need to incorporate the flexibility gradually but eventually everyday because I sit at my job all day with little walking around time. Thanks guys. Way to go ! 👍🏻

Thank you for your videos. I've been doing the upper body with dumbbell workouts for several weeks now. Do you have any ideas for neck and shoulder stretches that might help me keep from getting a sore neck after doing these exercises?
