45 Sec Abs Burnout at the end:

It's good exercise to do after my tai chi from practise and sanshou shadowboxing trainning. Really killing! And also makes me so sweaty just like had a 10km running.

Wonderful workout! Thank you both! I have a question for any Apple Watch users: what workout do you use for this one? I usually use "Functional Strength Training" for anything with dumbbells, but this one almost seems like a "HIIT" workout.

I never worry about the training type when I’m working out. I just do other workout and call it good. If I’m running or playing sports I will pick the correct workout.

I think almost all videos from later 2022 and on are better. That being said, this video was filmed close to a year before it was released... So ita technically an early 2022 video. We sold the house it was filmed in in July 2022.
