Yes they both play music that can be classified as psych rock but they make very different music. But hey opinions are subjective and if you think king Gizz is drastically more capable of making quality music, that's quite alright :)

They sound more American than King Gizz. I would say Americans have more of a structured approach to writing anything where as the Aussies reverted into a more free form approach to writing hooks.
