Great! How would it work if i feed it with cv info from the Erica synths joystick 2?

If this CV signal is a gate and is sent to a gate/trigger input, you will trigger the next modulation in the chain for that channel linked to the gate/trigger input. If that signal is a sine wave or any other form of modulation, you will only trigger the next modulation in the given chain when the wave crosses a certain volt threshold. I wish I could test now to confirm this without hesitation and tell you exactly how many volts the threshold corresponds to. I have the feeling that this is the case and that the threshold is around 3 volts, but don't quote me on that.

Keep in mind that a signal sent to the gate/trigger input must return below the threshold and return above the threshold to trigger the next modulation in the chain again.
