Hi Seka, Definitely DONT do them every day. Plyometrics are a 1-3x a week thing. No need to do them more then that. To be honest 2 is probably good enough!. :)

They can but make sure you have regained good muscle bulk and comaprative strength before too many plyometrics.

I'm 13 months post mpfl reconstruction, able to jog lightly but nothing too crazy as my surgical leg is still not strong yet. It's just a matter of building strength. Just finding it generally confusing how to schedule all these different plyo exercises you've covered weekly? Alongside heavy strength training leg days which I do 2x a week. Some guidance on this would help tons mate

You need to have a good level of baseline strength before doing extensive plyometric. At 15 months post strength shouldn’t be an issue. Likely your program needs to change to get the strength back first!

@@AxeRugby Been doing lots of single leg strengthening lately. Jogging ability is great now and quite normal-looking but haven't incorporated a consistent regimen for plyo. I think it's time to begin with some form of weekly plyo work.👍🏻

Sir my knee getting loose sensation while walking after 8weeks of ACL surgery but no pain no swelling

Hi Shiva hard to say as it depends on a number of factors, what ACL you had, what other injuries you had also. like MCL or meniscus. I cant give specific medical advice however we do consultations. please email me alex@axerugby.com for a consultation.

Single leg hop is so hard for me

Go back to strengthening quad and calf. Try pool or banded pogos

If you collapse through the hip when doing single leg jumps/lands what weakness does this suggest. Also, im getting anterior knee pain when doing these single leg exercises

general weakness mate. Lateral hip (glute medius) and quads

pick 6-8 exercises, 1-2 strength, 1-2 power upper body. same for lower body

Do I have to do an ACL grade 2 injury surgery or will I be able to play again by doing your exercise properly?

Grade 2 ACL will likely heal you should consult a physiotherapist properly!

It should be done after the surgery ? Bur can it be done for grade 1 tear ?

once someone has progressed through their rehab, hit all their strength and movement and run markers Yes.but check with a qualified health provider who has looked at your knee
