So, do we still consider 30:2 ? I thought the new 2010 rules are that we just do chest compressions?

This is what I just learned: Children and adults, it is 30:2, Infants 30:2 except with 2 person rescue then its 15:2.

Amber Kleiner 15:2 if there is a child or infant & 2 rescuers present. Adult is 30:2 even with 2 rescuers UNLESS there is an advanced airway. With advanced airway you will do continuous compressions - Breaths will be given every 6 to 8 seconds or 8 to 10 in 1 min. Remember to switch rescuers every 2 minutes (5 cycles of cpr) if there is more than 1 rescuer.
