Hi ! I am tired with the fungal acne on my forehead and my left cheeks. I don’t know sometimes it feels like closed comedones and sometimes fungal acne. These are small small bumps in cluster form deep under the skin. I tried so many things from 2 years salicylic acid chemical peel, salicylic acid based face wash, benzoyl peroxide 5percent, tretinoin 0.01 recommended by doctor and many more things. Many times my skin got pilled but these acne are so stubborn that they are not easy to get rid off. Can you please suggest what should I do.

Use original honey on face while overnight. It heal skin.. i had same issues but with other steroids cream.. Personally,It definitely increased fungal acne on my face although plum niacinamide serum is extremely hydrating but the rice water is fermented & fermented skincare definitely causes more fungal acne on my skin. Also matmarin (in minimalist azelaic acid) definitely causes more fungal acne. Don't use fermented products in skincare if you have fungal acne. Also,limit eating dosas😁 I've noticed it subsided once I stopped eating fermented foods.

Same happened to me with plum's 5% niacinamide serum. It ruined my perfectly clear skin, hate it! Now I'm using deconstruct clearing serum and it's got 5% niacinamide too, but it doesn't break me out. So now I'm sure it was the rice water in it.

Di i have oily sensitive pimple skin...maine Dr. Ko dikhaya unhone kahaa aapki skin oily hai to ho rhe hai...but abhi meri skin clear ho gayi hai unhone bs 1 salicylic acid based facewash Diya hai but kahaa hai aur kuch bhi nai lagana face pr na hi gharelu nuskhe bhi but moisturezer nd SPF to jaruri hota haina to aisa kyun ???
