I have an acne-prone skin and sensitive skin. I will tell what has worked for me in managing it. I reduced my consumption of sugar and cooked at home with nutritious foods. I also ate nuts, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to stay cool. I tried to stay relaxed and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every two days. I always tied up my hair and had lots of water. I stopped touching my face excessively. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.

I actually noticed that it didn't strip my skin from its natural oils. My face felt pretty moisturized even after a short wash with rice berry facewash.
