After I watched this video, I started using a gentle cleanser, a benzoyl peroxide gel, and a oil free moisturizer every morning and night, and now my skin is clearing up so well!! I recommend using these things twice a day every day if you are struggling with acne, because I have moderate and this is the only little system that has worked for me!

Jamie Cesar a toner can make your skin look a lot better too. cleanse, use a salicylic acid toner, moisturizer, then use the benzoyl peroxide. also you should use a stronger moisturizer at night because acne medications dry the skin which triggers more oil production.

Please please please never let anyone pop your acne! ESPECIALLY if it is cystic! Some milder forms of acne will give you red hyper pigmentation that can take years to fade dramatically. Cystic acne sits deeper under the skin, so popping and bleeding will cause not only hyper pigmentation but indented scars in your skin! Please see your doctor for help, and don't pick at cysts. Even when the hyper pigmentation fades you will have small dents over your cheeks, etc, which is REAL SCARRING.

Yatin madan I found this to be true. Once I stopped using it the acne returned so I just paid attention to when my skin broke out as I began experimenting with food. I noticed that my skin immediately broke out after I consumed dairy, sugar and flour. It's so hard to refrain from consuming these foods but I've done a fairly good job.

hey there did you went to a dermatologist? i suffer from acne and clogging pores too and this since I'm 14 now I'm 32 and the only thing that helped me was accutane. which is strong medication but you get monitored by your doctor constantly. ask your doctor for this and don't bother with expensive washlotions and stuff it doesn't work when the reason for your acne is not your hygiene. wish you best of luck :)

currently I'm using cetaphil cleanser (oily type) for oily skin for about 1 month .. my face still breaks out but in control , less itchiness and blemishes and amazingly less oily! which means my face didnt obviously shining as always.. and here the tip i would like to share before applying make up to those red acnes... try to wash your face with baking soda, to exfoliate dead or dry skin on that acnes and then wash again with cleanser... you will find the make up wouldnt look cakey..

I've always had oily skin and loads of occasional spots, but a few weeks back my spots have reduced to nine and I barely get any oil on my nose. However just recently I used a mud mask and my face exploded it's never been like this, my chin and forehead is covered with spots both white head and pimples and I'm so scared of getting bald heads they're my nightmare. I'm just gonna carry on doing the usual that I did and worked but I'm just surprised on what could've triggered this, yes this past week I've been consuming a quite a lot of dairy products and I've missed my period so it could be hormonal. accutane helps but it has a lot of long-time side effects. if you're a girl, look up stuff to make your period come regularly like changing diets with a lot of estrogen: soy milk, carrots (vit A), tofu etc. they taste nasty but its better than having an acne. too much estrogen is bad too though

My Acne is only on my cheeks and I just get white heads at around 4 at a time and they are just normal red pimples, that are medium size. The problem is they are so resistant and I'm on isotretinoin and they are kinda starting to go away. It sucks because my dad made me do on this 2 week health diet to clean my pores and he claims my face looked a 100% better which I don't belive it did. so if this final drug does not work then It looks like I will be going under blue light or something to kill bacteria. The problem with Isotretinoin is it drys out your glands so much which causes skin to flake and die, so i have to carry this lip cream and face moisturizer where ever I go. I just want to know is their anything else that will speed up or help the posses of removing the acne. That also does not cause any dryness? -Thanks

For a female accutane is very.. dangerous so they will force you to take pregnancy tests because while on it you can cause serious birth defects

yes! I recommend yogurt for the lactic acid though. You can mix it with something thicker such as benonite clay (also great!) and it will stay on your face better. Honey, especially manuka honey, is also great because it kills bacteria and soothes inflammation, and apple cider vinegar can be used as a toner and it'll even out the ph balance on your face!

+Brooks Broox I've been vegan for almost a year and I still have acne. Besides, it's harder to get zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin D on a vegan diet without careful planning, which are nutrients that acne sufferers are deficient of, so you should really try to give better guidance than just telling people to drop certain food groups without explaining the complexities of dietary shifts (which can also exasperate acne) tbh

yeah, males and females have both testosterone and estrogen. males tend have to have a lot more testosterone then estrogen, and the opposite for females.

I also used that and it didn't help because the acne came back, my dermotologist gave me isocural it's even heavier and it cured the acne for me but now after 4 months i got it back

No but one reason why masturbation could be affiliated is due to hormones. Teens are hormonal, and with the heightened amount of hormones in the body, there will be physiological responses like increase sebum production on the skin's surface. More sebum, means higher chance of acne because it clogs pores + the bacteria on the skin which result in inflammation and acne.
