She's a beautician not a dermatologist. Sac removals can only be done by a professional surgeon or dermatologist.

I've seen other estheticians remove sacs. Thuy from Sac Dep and Hein both remove sacs.

And 1:14 Ensila from US will remove very small saks if she does not have to make a big cut. Most countries have regulations about how big of a 1:14 opening
