try using sunscreen during the day and a moisturizer, also use a very gentle moisturizer without color or perfume at night , cut dairy, drink 2 liters of water everyday and avoid the sun on your face, don't touch your face during the day. Those are things I did and I cured my rosacea.(I had very very bad rosacea)

I had Acne Vulgaris when I was 11. I remember I counted them and it was like 200 bumps or something. It was a nightmare, classmates making fun of my 'red face'. Some would purposely asked me 'what are those red bumps?' My nickname was 'pimples' back then. Thankfully I'm clear from it. Now I have mild rosacea from time to time.

Wait I have had rosacea since I was in 3rd grade (currently in 10th going through round 2) How do I have it I have had symptoms of both since age 7 and stopped at age 12 and is now coming back at age 15 going 16 The acne V was not even close to the pimples I got when the rosacea kicked in, they are practically miniscule compared

There is no cure I have lived with it my whole life since I was a kid.. it all comes down to managing the symptoms and learning what your triggers or flares are to prevent flushing. I also have found my skin to be at it's healthist since following a plant based entirely vegan diet. Anything to help reduce inflammation as well.
