Long form vlog style are my jam. I’m old school. And random vlogging works for me. Appreciate all the lessons and tips I learn from you whether it’s in cooking or history of Seattle and places and even your own family background and how you were influenced in cooking.

Love love that you’re a cat dad❣️😌 And I’m so interested in your mugs shelf. Love the collection and it’s shelving unit. I want to find a small unit like that for my little collection of cute and special mugs that I have been thrifting from my Goodwill trips. 😊

Great to see the blogs back Matt! It’d be great if you shared a more in-depth view of the process and logistics for developing the recipes themselves for videos. I watched your video on your recipe filming process, and as someone just starting out with cooking content, I find it tough to keep up. Between coming up with ideas, testing and developing recipes, and filming/editing, it’s hard for me to even get one video out per week. How do you manage to produce so much content consistently? Any tips for getting the ball rolling?

Here’s an idea for you. Do kitchen product reviews like the project farm guy. Put mud in standup mixers and run on high and time how long they run till they smoke. Another idea is how to remove sugar and seed oils from food. I removed 90% of the sugar and carbs I eat and it has made a massive difference! Off all of my meds now. I use Xylitol instead of sugar now as it unlike other sweeteners actually tastes like sugar and have Coke Zero instead of real Coke when I want soda. I used to drink three 2-liters a week of Coke, now I drink two 2-liters a month of a sugar free soda. I’ve never been a diabetic, but I’m eating like I am one.

Yes, those were one of my ultimate fave pastries growing up. We called them elephant ears. They were bigger than those hence why they were called elephant ears but still the same. Im vegan now so have to find a vegan version or attempt to make them myself.
