Ow noo, I can't practise this because I'm 90% sure that my A- string will get destroyed if I tune it 1,5 step higher to C😢🙈 I hate having a guitat that can't take much of different tyoes of open tunings. How can I make my guitar to handle that tuning? I rly loved playinh this back in 2008 when I had different guitar, there's is no alternate solutions for this song?

Hey friend! If you’re worried about tuning your A string that high I would maybe try tuning it down to C instead. It might sound really low and you’ll get some extra string buzz but it’ll prevent your string from snapping. You could also change your guitar strings out for a higher gauge which will let you tune higher with less resistance. The next time you go to change out your guitar strings take a wooden pencil and lightly run the tip back and forth a few times in the string slots of your nut and saddle. This will provide lubrication to the strings as you’re tuning up and down and hopefully prevent strings snapping. Good luck dude! 👍🏻
