I found you 4 days ago and you have motivated me to actually finish planting and building in my garden. I've been working every day and have done so much because of you ❤ thank you. I injured my spine 4yrs ago and have been unable to work, and 1 year ago I nearly died of a miscarriage, depression took hold and I have been a video gaming potato. To actually have the motivation to go out and do stuff is amazing, It is my dream to have a yard like your one but currently my yard is tiny so I am working with what I have, I even built a bamboo trellis from scratch to grow pumpkin up as my yard is to small to let it run free. Again thank you, you have changed my life in such a short time.

Becky is a wonderful inspiration. I am a heart attack survivor and a diabetic and think she is onto something with all the homegrown and organic products. I wish I had the know how to do the things she does. I wish I had the guidance. I have great intentions but my execution is not so good.. Could I make the creamer with sugar free maple syrup? since I need to watch the sugars I put into my body.. all the other spices have very valuable nutrients that are good for people like me.. I just prefer sweet stuff and find it hard to find recipes that work for me and taste great. Thanks Becky!!

I’m having trouble finding a good recipe. Thanks Becky. Love your channel.

oh yes Karine can you share your recipe, like you i want sugar free but healthier, not all the crazy ingredients. I’m also wanting to try and find a peppermint mocha sugar free. I love my coffee with 3-5 tbsp , i know its alot, i just love it creamy😋🤗thanks christy
@karinepaquet75133 жыл бұрын
So this is a syrup more than a creamer but I add cream in my coffee so, same difference right? The recipe is as follow. 2 cups of water, 1 cup of Truvia white sugar, 1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of dried ginger, (you can put 1/4 tsp of powdered cloves but I don’t like it so I omit it), 1/4 cup of pureed pumpkin (not the pie filling, just pumpkin). Bring all to a boil to dissolve the sugars and let cool. You can decant to avoid the deposit but I don’t mind it. Plus, it’ll all fall to the bottom by itself so if you don’t stir it, you’ll be able to discard it at the end. Let me know how it turns out for you!
@karinepaquet75133 жыл бұрын
I also make my own extracts so for the peppermint and mocha I would make a simple syrup with the water and sugars but would use some peppermint and cacao extract I made to flavour it. Not sure how it would turn out but you are giving the idea to try it out. Thank you!

I am obsessed with your channel! I’ve been watching and learning so much! I am a doer like you are so you’ve got me inspired to make all the things I literally never even knew you could make at home 😂 my best friend said the other day “you are like a full on homemaker now, never would have seen that coming 5 years ago” 😂 started with gardening last year and you have inspired me in so many more ways this year! You should check out bread Becker’s! I started bulk buying wheat and milling my own flour! Already milled Flour from the store has had the outer layers removed which hold 42 vitamins! In fact bread alone can provide you almost every nutrient you need! This bread is super satisfying and so good!!! My brother started eating it a month ago and has lost 25lbs!! He’s always struggled with weight and my mom got into the bread this spring and got all of us kids making it ourselves at home! I buy bulk and have it in storage buckets like you do and mill it up as needed! It’s an extra 30 seconds to a recipe but adds so much! I bulk make waffles, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, pizza crust, etc and freeze so I’m not constantly having to make bread! ☺️ been trying all of her other amazing recipes too! Made the cinnamon coffee bread this week 🤤
