@Cakez00 they've begun adding parts of the Dragon's world(Balaurea), the 2 current zones are Inggison(Elyos side) and Gelkmaros(Asmodean side) and Silentera Canyon that connects the 2 zones, thus they are PvPvE zones, each of the 2 zones having 2 fortresses, adding up 4 fortresses to the game, a few instances and bosses, many new named mobs, a lot new resource types and crafting recipes, many new weapons and armors, skills and even quite a few in-game events are being prepared ;)

@RedDotsable Yes its a free expansion. If u wish u can buy the expansion pack for extra stuff ( i think they are unique pets u can only get if u buy expansion. not 100% sure about it.)

Aion 2.0 has officialy been released today, i saw a second when it was release, im not sure since couple of hours have pased but i think it was released about 14: 45 (GMT +0.01)

what are you talking about? all gw2 quests are multi directional, you can eather do small things, help people or kill stuff all the way true, with my necro I did every mini quest simply by leveling every field I went into to the ground, the escort missions are the same, you don't HAVE to stay inside the quest area for it to succeed, if you enter it and help a bit, you can go kill monsters on the side of the road and then return and still get your reward + the extra kills

glad to hear they boosted the leveling tough, but then again what is your definition of 'fast'? course for me, 'fast' means, if I do 1 quest I gain half a exp bar. (basically what happens to me in gw2) and not even using exp boosts last I played aion it took me 8 quests in a row to level only 1 level (not even counting the random kills i did in-between and aimlessly wandering about)

Aion in my opinion is fantastic..once they balance the servers it will be perfect..it has every thing you want in a mmorpg.. pvp pve amazing graphics i dont experience any lag whatsoever.

been playing aion from the release, it has seen some hardship and lost some subs but with the release of this expansion and a "stronger" endgame, it has really picked up again. Id suggest people to try it out, the "trial" isnt worth it. Its too short, just get the game, get to around level 20->30->40 (cap is 55)(currently), and you really see the potential of the game and the interesting dynamic of the Fortress and endgame system. It is fun and challenging, well worth the now, gone, grind.

Thats correct. Especially with 4.0 PvP became essential in Aion to get equipment. If you don`t like group pvp you shouldn`t play. I quit at lvl 65 due to the high grinding. And getting stomped in PvP because I went all on my own as cleric, wasn`t a fun thing. The who still play Aion are pvp oriented. The ones who aren`t will quit soon.

gw2 also has the event system so level grinding is slightly more fun then aion's fetch and kill quests that all ask the same from you with the exception of the stupid puzzle quests (hate puzzles no mater what game) also my defenition of 3 weeks is 2 hours a day in 3 weeks, so no, impossible to level that high in aion with that time in gw2? easy, i like it that way, not waisting hours of my life on endless level grinding that goes slower and slower each level, but just progress fast.

wrong, I usually spend hours waisted on asking other players if i can get some item they recieved by loot as the aion game uses a random dice system, and in the end, a loot box only contains a spesific amount of items in gw2, everybody gets there own set of items on loot from the same box and all ajusted to there own level so they won't get super low or super high gear, or like in aion, no loot at all if your enemy's level is too low.

Им нужно - сделать кнопки "вступить в ПВП", "вступить в (имя данжа)", и сделать очень много оружия, разрешить полет везде, удалить некрасивые локации, обьединить локации и игра была бы лучше Rift и WOW One problem in Aion. They need - to make the button "join the PvP", "join the (name of the dungeon), and do a lot of weapons, to resolve a flight anywhere, remove unsightly location, location and unify the game would have been better Rift and WOW

На правах слоупока. Где ты там увидел(а) некрасивые локации 8 лет назад? Про полёт согласен, его катастрофически не хватает после 2.0. И неужели тебе оружия не хватало? Его в данжах навалом (тоф, фт, плавень, тео/адма, пасха), оно крафтилось, оно падало с ворлд боссов, выдавалось по квестам (та же Сиэль), покупалось за АП, покупалось за монеты, кек.

gw2 gives me the feeling the story is more ajusted to the gameplay, they make it clear that you are a strong person, but need the help of others in both story and actuall gameplay, in that way the story makes more sense, and not being the freaking chosen one this time also makes it more fun as the story can go in more then 1 way and at least here npc's don't worship the ground you walk on no mater how powerful you get.

well depends, i was playing or a while and also noticed that the higher my level got the more overpowered my enemy's got to FORCE me to fight in a group of people to even barely win against 1 enemy in a full dungeon. aside of that the game starts to force you into group instances or group battles at higher levels, so I quit playing, I don't like pvp and Aion ends up being full pvp near the end

1 quest for 50% XP in gw2? I have a char on max lvl and have to say that you are lying :) You have to grind around to level up, you discover and such. In gw2 leveling is made easily, but with that you don`t even learn the PvE routines. Aion may be slower but you get more from leveling, you get more experience.
