@@markball2048 Well...Norwegian adventurer Lars Monsen (one of Justin's inspirations actually) crossed the entire country, starting in Kaktovik, Alaska and ending up on the east coast after 2 years and 9 months in the wilderness. That trip was well documented and was sent as a 6 part series on national television. Not taking anything away from Justin's accomplishment of course.

BEST paddling adventure series ever! Everything is right on: Your skill, the adventure, the dog, the filming, the music! It has it all. What I like most is how you show the reality of a paddling trip, compared to frou-frou portrayals of perfectly chic outdoorsmen in fashionable apparel staring out at a sweeping horizon. Thank you!

Knowing when to throw in the towel is a hard one. A careless man will take it to the point where he pushes past the signs and ends up hurting himself and creating an emergency. A truly experienced bush man listens, watches, and understands that desire and determination are secondary to survival and that mother nature will not wain to either. It takes discipline to make the right choice. Thanks Justin! Great series! I look forward to more...
