Acrylic floral painting on gallery canvas ✨chatty paint with me session in the studio

Join me in my studio as I paint this floral acrylic painting that was done on a 36x36 inch gallery wrapped canvas. As I paint I chat through life and key points about my painting process. This floral artwork was done using a combination of brands including Golden, Liquitex, Utrecht and Winsor & Newton. I painted this using a reference photo from a local flower farm - Pine Hill Farms.
I really enjoyed working on this flower still life piece. Watching the colors develop and being able to enjoy this painting everyday makes me so happy. Can you spot how many times the color of my nails change throughout the video? 😉 Comment below your guess

Maybe it’s just a common misconception from tv and movies, but all painters are supposed to have paint everywhere - on their clothes, hands, face, hair. You are much to clean looking. 🤣🤣🤣 Oh yeah, loved the painting.

I’m normally a pretty clean painter, maybe it’s because of the way I paint. I could probably paint in really nice clothes without getting them dirty. Although I will say that I normally end up with paint somewhere on my arms and have ended up with it on my face as well (scratched my nose not realizing I had paint on my hand…luckily noticed prior to going out in public).
