I got acrylics and watercolors for Christmas though I've never painted before. I decided to leave all that watercolor stuff for later, as it looked complicating, and ended up here for acrylic beginner paintings. Shocked to say it actually turned out good!! I added sprinkles of white paint to the gradient for a star effect, and used a small sponge to make clouds at the top. Plus I added a moon because why not? Today is very special because I actually did something right, definitely subscribing 🙏

Do you let it dry any in between mixing like say the blue green over the first pinkish color or do you paint this Bascilly the whole time just sped up?
@Ariana-tf4dm5 жыл бұрын
I think for blending purposes they painted the whole time. The only time I would recommend stopping is a. Before you add fine details like trees or just any small focus of the piece or b. If you notice the paint is blending too much and the colors don't look right. I'm a beginner too this is just what I've noticed :)
