what is the thickness of the material? How far is the distance between the LEDs and the plexiglass material do you reccomend ? Thank you

Hello! What would this look like if placed directly on top of a LED Pixel RGB matrix 64x64px (minimal gap) Would all the colors be visable through this material? Would I be able to see the the image?

Could you make a fabric like this?

Very nice, - what's the diffusion ratio? (led spacing : led distance from acrylic) evonik satin ice was 1" :1" -what's the time on Sun damage/fade? (evonik=25yr) -what's the cost in light transmission? ( evonik satin ice=usually cuts 20% light output) - how easy is it to work with? (Coolmist? Tcg blade? Feed rate to rpm?)

1.The ratio for this product is more like 1” LED spacing: 1.3” distance to sheet. 2.We have tested it for 10 years’ worth of accelerated weathering and there is nearly no change. We would expect it to last much longer, similar to our other colors. 3.The light transmittance is 25%. 4.You can fabricate it using the same methods as for all of our other ACRYLITE® premium (extruded) acrylic sheets. You can find more detailed information in our Technology Center found here: www.acrylite.co/technology-center.html Hope this helps!

@@ACRYLITEAcrylic much appreciated. You Guys make the best lens materials on earth. I've had some folks in NV that said they hated working with evonik satin ice. But I've never had an issue with it, it's phenomenal.

Nice product! Can I use 3D printed materials instead of the vinyl?

If you mean placing 3D printed objects between the LED’s and the 9K004, then we imagine you can do interesting things with many materials to create shadows. We haven’t tried it but it sounds intriguing.

@@ACRYLITEAcrylic Look up lithophanes. Is airtight' or full material contact required? Thanks.
