I agree 100% these guys are just starting the trades. Gotta know the steps and anticipate what you’re lead needs.

Yeah very good advice, I’ve been in commercial refrigeration for 15 years, sometimes I will get in a hurry and it never goes well , so patience is key

Certainly, I remember occasions when, prior to reaching a customer's residence, I would stop nearby for a few minutes to clear my thoughts and go over the essential steps for refocusing, and then, following the appointment, reassess my performance.

The new generation has to see the full process play out and then they forget what to do every time the sun goes down. Soon as the sun sets, their minds get erased, and you need to start again at step 1 after the sun rises again.
