Understandable if you are frustrated with the fact that there is merely a KZbin format of this presentation, and thus cannot be utilised for CPE(s). I experienced the same; However, I do not think it is a matter of anybody "wasting everyone's time". ISACA goes to immense lengths to get world class knowledgeable speakers on potent topics, (of which this one was no exception), and making available for us ISACA members, for free ! Thank you, ISACA, even with this slight glitch. This way I can complete my CPEs every year, affordable and convenient.

there's also another Feb 28, 2024 E-Commerce Risk Management webinar that I can't get for free on ISACA registration page, trying to charge me 75.00 when it's supposed to be free for members. I run into these issues on a handful of free webinars every year and they never seem to fix them. Also can't watch them either at least we can watch this one. you can enter this one manually for credit guess get a screen shot of the presentation with the KZbin URL but I am just moving on to the ones that work correctly. Not sure why they can't fix a handful of corrupted archived webinar files year after year not worth reporting because they don't seem to know how to fix it. Sending us to KZbin without warning screams of a data breach of some sort.

How do you get CPE credits for webinars shown on KZbin? If you don't provide CPE credits, then you're wasting everyone's time.
